Application to the HEDGEHOGTRI 2012 SEASON of ADULT events is via this web page. Please complete ALL SECTIONS as follows:
Sections A & B: are for your personal and contact details.
Section C: is for recording your BTF number if appropriate, team/club details.
For applicable races, please select your pro-rata estimated swim time for a 500m swim distance and the type of bike you intend to use.
Section D: must be completed for applicants under 18 years of age at the time of completing this on-line application. Please ensure the person completing the on-line transaction add their details into this section and who by clicking the 'Adult/payee consent' box give their consent and implicit understanding of the points detailed in the event's terms and conditions.
Section E: contains selectable drop-downs comprising race listings for each race day event in this year's calendar.
Race types, distances, prices and available capacity is displayed for each race item.
Section F: please add any other information you wish us to know. This can be anything from a point of safety (ie: knowledge of a medical condition that could be of benefit following a situation or incident); a desire to start early/late, your cat's name, or anything else you feel we should know.
Section G: is for acknowledgement of the events terms and conditions and also contains the 'Submit' button for progressing your application.
Finally, once complete, please click the 'submit' button lower down the page to proceed to the 'confirmation page' before making payment.
Please note there is a non-returnable booking fee of £1.00 which contributes fractionally towards the transaction charges payable for each matured application.
